Great news for first-time homebuyers…

According to a recent report by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) millennials are taking the lead in home buying. They now make up 38% of home buyers, surpassing baby boomers at 31%. This is a significant increase from last year, when millennials only accounted for 28% of buyers.

The report also found a rise in first-time buyers across all generations.  Even Gen Z is entering the market, with 3% of buyers being part of this generation. These statistics show that homeownership remains a sound investment, and the dream of owning a home is alive and well for many.
