According to Danielle Hale, Chief Economist at Realtor.com, “…relatively lower-priced homes, more new and existing houses to choose from, and mortgage products designed to give buyers a leg up…could provide some would-be buyers a better chance at entering the market next year.” 

While recovery is on the way for a lack of real estate inventory across the US, Florida has had a surplus, which gives you options! Builders are hard at work, focusing on creating affordable, smaller homes to meet buyer demand. On top of that, more existing homeowners are returning to the market, boosting inventory levels and giving buyers plenty of options to find their perfect fit.
