Working from home is a new reality for many of us. While we may have maintained a home office to tackle tasks in the evening and on the weekend, there are different needs when your home office is your everyday office. Not only do you need space, but you also need a high-quality internet connection.
Recently, the National Association of Realtors took a look at over 3,000 counties across the nation to see which were the best for working at home. The report, which looked at internet connectivity, housing prices, percentage of workers in office settings, and other metrics, found that the Tampa Bay area is home to two of the best work-from-home counties in Florida.
Pasco County made the list at 3rd in the state and Hillsborough County was number 4. Personally, I think the area gets top marks for combining beautiful homes, great employers and businesses, amazing community resources, and much, much more.
