Tampa has seen explosive growth over the past couple of years. With many more Americans choosing to relocate to our sunny area, the Tampa real estate market became the hottest in the nation. As a native Tampanian, I get it. It is awesome to be able to live, work, and raise a family in the Tampa area. At the same time, all that growth has led to new challenges in the real estate industry, especially with two years of Covid. We have seen unprecedented home sale price increases, low housing inventory rates, and both amazing low and shockingly high mortgage rates.
Despite those challenges, Palermo Real Estate Professionals has continued to excel and provide great client service to buyers and sellers — and it shows. Tampa Magazine recently named us the Best Real Estate Agency in Tampa for their 2022 Best of the City list — making it the third year in a row our agency has been bestowed this honor.
This award highlights the hard work and dedication of the Realtors and agency staff at Palermo Real Estate Professionals. I am proud to call them my friends and my coworkers. I am amazed and delighted every day to see the ways we encourage and support each other. I would not want to share this journey with anyone else.
