In his declaration, Governor Desantis did specify that vacation rental owners must still take steps to reduce the spread of Covid-19. The Department of Business and Professional Regulation has a downloadable PDF that shares their tips, like providing adequate time between bookings for thorough cleaning and using mobile platforms as much as possible.
